KELLEN TRAINING

Coaching policies

Review these policies before beginning training. Billing is arranged directly with Christopher after your consultation. Single sessions are one-time purchases.

Billing arrangements

Billing, renewal, and cancellation arrangements are handled separately with Christopher. Booking a consultation or changing a member’s admin status does not authorize recurring charges or cancel external billing.

For billing, renewal, or cancellation arrangements, contact Christopher directly: kellenblvck@gmail.com or 907-952-1929.

Where we train

Kellen Training is an independently operated personal-training business. Christopher is a contracted trainer at Southside Strength & Fitness, but training is not limited to Southside. Other locations may be arranged by mutual agreement, subject to availability and facility permission.

Clients training at Southside must have their own Southside Strength & Fitness membership. Gym membership is separate from Kellen Training coaching fees and is not included in any training package.

24-hour cancellation policy

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a training session. Exactly 24 hours’ notice satisfies this requirement.

Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice are charged at the scheduled session rate. For monthly training memberships, the session counts toward your monthly session allowance instead of creating an additional session charge. For an individually purchased session already paid for, that session’s payment is retained; you are not charged twice. No extra penalty fee applies.

This policy applies to paid training sessions, not phone consultations.

Missed appointments

A missed appointment without notice is treated as a late cancellation. For monthly training memberships, the missed session counts toward your monthly session allowance. The same session is never deducted twice. Coach-initiated changes are handled directly with Christopher and are not treated as client late cancellations or no-shows.

Monthly session allowance

Sessions must be used within the monthly membership period in which they are provided. Unused sessions expire at the end of that period and do not roll over. Your applicable membership period determines this allowance, not the calendar month. This policy does not apply to single-session purchases.

Policy version: 2026-09-19-training-v3. Existing client agreements are not retroactively changed by these current public policies.
