Kellen Training Privacy
Kellen Training uses your name, verified email addresses and account identifiers to create your account and connect coaching purchases. An account can be created before purchasing; paid coaching access requires an eligible membership. Intake answers, workout logs, measurements, photos and check-ins help Christopher tailor your coaching. Health-related answers are optional where indicated and are reviewed by your coach; the app does not provide medical clearance.
Your information is stored in the same Kellen Training backend used by the website. Cloudflare provides hosting and storage. Stripe manages website payments; payment card details are not collected by this app. Cal manages scheduled appointments. Resend delivers requested email verification codes when configured. If you choose Sign in with Apple, we store your Apple account identifier and encrypted server token to maintain and revoke access. Apple may share a private relay address instead of your personal email. Linking a purchase address requires separate verification. We record acceptance of the account terms and privacy notice. Apple delivers notifications when you opt in. No advertising or cross-app tracking SDK is included.
Photos are private and accessed through authenticated requests. The app removes location metadata when preparing uploads. Assigned training and unfinished workouts are saved in protected device storage for poor connections. Credentials are stored in Keychain. Sign-out removes the app’s local coaching cache and unsynced drafts.
Coaching data is kept while your account remains open. Delete Account in Profile removes your app identity, progress photos, logs and intake data. Financial transaction and appointment/contact records needed for billing, service administration or legal obligations may remain. Deletion does not cancel recurring Stripe billing; contact Christopher for cancellation. Request review of retained information at Chrismcgrew2@gmail.com.
Notification preferences can be changed in Profile and iOS Settings. No HealthKit or full photo-library access is requested. The photo picker shares only images you select.
